GoldMine® allows you to handle members’ day-to-day contact information effectively, improving the efficiency, speed and accuracy of your contact management activities. It also provides the data necessary for you to carry out detailed management analysis (eg track and develop a full contact history for each member or capture and manage application details) when you need it, in the format you require. GoldMine® is a popular choice for many organisations, large and small, that need to manage their databases to communicate with their stakeholders. Crystal Reports handles all the data reporting needs you have (eg age groups, gender, ethnic groups etc.).
Our NHS Foundation Trust Contact Management Solution will provide you with the ability to:
- update records (deceased members, name changes etc.)
- import existing data from Microsoft Access or Excel into GoldMine®
- capture and manage application and membership details

System Setup
Whenever possible, Webefficient will develop solutions that can be easily replicated in order to reduce project costs and to speed up both development and implementation. In fact, our system can be set up in just a few days based upon your processes and workflow checklists which we will also review closely with you.
Once the system is setup, training is simple and completed online on a one-to-one group basis with sessions being recorded. Data is also backed up daily and retained for a minimum of one month with additional backup options available.
